About Keisha

Keisha started her journey in training and development in 2009 when she made the life-changing decision to leave her position as a bank manager to become an independent contractor and pursue her dream of training and developing others.

Her career has afforded her the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across various industries, including finance, construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, and energy, to customize training solutions. Despite the unique training requirements of each industry, a commonality was the necessity to enhance how leaders engage with and inspire employees to drive business outcomes.

When she’s not consulting or training, Keisha enjoys listening to audiobooks, traveling with her family and friends, and unwinding during a good happy hour.
